Where can I get parts?

Do I have to use the same Dealer that sold me my car for servicing?

You are welcome to use any authorised Great Wall Dealer in the network. Click here to find your nearest dealer.

How do I get assistance with a problem?

If your concern relates to the purchase of a vehicle, you should speak to the Dealer’s Sales Manager. Should you experience a problem from the servicing or maintenance of your vehicle, you should discuss the issue with your Dealer’s Service Manager.  If you are unable to resolve the issue after speaking to the Dealer’s Sales or Service Managers you should discuss your issue with the Dealer Principal. If the Dealer Principal is unable to resolve your the matter, please contact Great Wall Motors directly on 1800 114 672.
